14-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(However, if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

We offer a free replacement for damaged or faulty goods.
To qualify, please send photo proof of the issue to iliaszhulati@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
